The SX5D is the newest addition to our high performance range. This model is an evolution of the original SXE and PYRO models. Team riders Maikai Burdine and Dhany Widianto have helped in the fine tuning of this model over the past year (2023) and we have come to the point that we feel that it as good as any other board on the market. The SX.5D has more tail rocker and a deeper concave single to double concave than the Pyro. The increase in concave gives more lift and rail line rocker. This lift helps create more speed and the added tail rocker gives extra curve for tight arking turns and carves. We have added a little more volume over all and this board not only suits pro surfers but will sit well in average to above average surfers quivers.

The rails are medium box with the back half of the board quiet bitey transitioning rapidly into a softer more forgiving forward rail.This all marries perfectly with the bottom contours to make the SX.5D our best high performace model to date.
The SX.5D comes as a round tail or pulled in squash tail.
